Current Classes
UW-Madison Extension is again offering another round of FREE virtual StrongBodies exercise classes for participants on a Zoom platform starting July 17 – September 27, 2023. Exercise in your own home and build or maintain your strength with exercises that are low impact and adaptable for ALL ability levels. Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesdays at 9 a.m. or on Tuesday and Thursdays at 9 a.m. See details below. If you have done this in the past, please register again so we can keep our email lists up to date. In addition, if you wouldn’t mind answering the income questions, it would be a great help to sustain our program. We do not share this information with anyone, it is only asked because of our grant funding source. If, however, you do not feel comfortable there is a ‘prefer not to answer’ option.
