UW-Madison Extension is offering another round of FREE virtual StrongBodies exercise classes for participants on a Zoom platform starting January 10th to March 30th. Exercise in your own home and build or maintain your strength with exercises that are low impact and adaptable for ALL ability levels. Classes will be held on Monday and Wednesdays at 9 a.m.
What you will need for class:
♦ Computer or smart phone
♦ Water bottle
♦ Hand weights (if you have them)
♦ Ankle weights (if you have them)
Class Dates: January 10 to March 30, 2022
Class Times: Mondays and Wednesdays from 9 to 10 a.m.

StrongBodies/StrongWomen™ is an evidence-based strength training program for middle-aged and older women. The program’s objective is to improve the health and well-being of middle-aged and older women.
